A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had a change in scheduling that we wanted to work out with the shipper but the number provided to us through uship was not a valid number. We were not able to get a hold of him since we had made the arrangement. It was not until we contacted uship and they emailed him, that he contacted us back via email. If he would have provided a valid phone number we could have resolved it from the beginning. I find it suspicious that he would list a number that was not his from the beginning.
