Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The customer was contacted and given instructions terms of shipment are paid prior to pick up. The client said this was never sent but it was in the email. She requested it be sent again and so we did. The customer did not want to pay thus we can not assist. We got responses on when it would be shipped but no details of if and when they would make a payment. Today when we spoke she requested to pay over the phone and we do not take payments this way only wire or ACH.

Very patient considering several delays from mechanical to health. The entire time very accommodating cobsidering the situation. Not many shippers out there that would have reacted the same way. Highly recommended. Five stars if you ask me.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Contact shipper per load orders. Foreign phone number, non English speaker answered and hung up on us twice, someone called back said he was in Florida on east coast, his number was from CA. Seemed like a scam.

Super fast! Excellent service! We didnt know we would need to hand off the BOL. That sould be posted somewhere prior to scheduling.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider e-mailed me right away after booking with contact numbers. The office number is incorrect and the cell number is never answered and has a full mailbox. When I e-mailed providers after waiting 9days for my loaded to be scheduled they returned my e-mail with someone else’s bid information. I do not trust this company to haul my $40,000 dollar truck across the country. I use UShip often but this company seems untrustworthy. I need a refund of my deposit and have made other arrangements to
