I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The agreement before shipping was I pick up on Monday. We made several calls all through out the day and night and stayed over night waiting on call back, tried calling again on Tuesday morning before leaving and still no answer. I arrived in Austin and at 2:34 Tuesday afternoon client finally calls about pick up. I stated we waited as long as we could, we had to move on..

Absolutely fabulous to work with. Her vehicle was clean, all animals were in clean crates with clean bedding, water and food provided, and she was wonderful to work with. I would trust shipping ANY of my animals with her, without hesitation.
