The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer's shipment was booked at 40kgs weight but on assessment the shipment weighs +/-500 kgs I was unable to lift it off the ground myself let alone to take it out of the room it was in. The customer did not advise that I needed extra manpower as we were just two, me and my companion. We tried to look for manpower in the neighbourhood but none was available. I contacted the customer and informed him that we have to cancel which he agreed but asked about his deposit which I stated that he

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I agree with the service providers comment that the advert appears to show 40Kg weight. I have no idea where that came from as the item listed '8ft x 4ft dining/snooker table' was 250Kg. Bad experience for all concerned. I just wanted a snooker table delivered and was willing to pay for that. Not to be.

There is obviously something wrong with the advert as the customer states that the weight was supposed to be 250kgs instead of 40kgs. Can I request uShip please to look into this to allow for compacession for amount of fuel used being £125.00 as this was not my fault.
