The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider Unable to Pickup load due to breakdown. After speaking with Provider we agreed that it be best to cancel since it would take provider three weeks to get parts.

Damaged axle on enclosed trailer making it not possible to transport customer's BMW. Trailer being repaired, currently using an open trailer to transport with. Sorry I had to cancel.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was late picking up the car from the Auction which closed at 3:00pm. I spoke to Poolboy and we aggreed to cancel shippment. Poolboy was extremley professional in handling this situation and would not hesitate to use him again in the near future. I also highly recommend his services to anyone. He is a true professional and I look forward to working with him in the very near future. Thanks Poolboy!!!

Mike was very good to work with he just had trouble with his shipper on the other end they couldnt get it out of the auto auction in time. And he didnt want me to have to wait for three days untill Monday as I was there on a Friday. Thanks Mike let me know if we can help each other out again. SUPER Shipper
