The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Said they could pick it up Friday the 8th or Monday the 11th. Keeps blaming the weather, and it is only raining. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and will not answer my calls or call me back. Very unreliable!!

Scott, this was booked on a Friday afternoon and at a Copart facility closed over the weekend. We give a 1-5 day window for p/u unless agreed upon before booking that does not include days where the vehicle isn't available. Our terms and conditions clearly state this. The Elmer storm delayed many shipments & unfortunately this was one of them. We can't control the weather and a little patience and understanding go a long way. I sent you links and proof of closed hwys. Please leave honest reviews

These guys are the real deal! I got stiffed by a ASAP transport (broker) and these guys came to my rescue. Had my car to me within 24 hours! Very professional, I highly recommend!
