A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Spoke to Dave today 6/18 at 9:04am Dave explained his driver would be there by 3-4 pm to pickup the bike. I tried numerous times to reach Dave later in the day to confirm everything was all set with the pickup. I've attempted 3 more times to reach Dave but get his voicemail and have been unable to leave a message as his voicemail is full. As of close of business today the bike has not been pickup up so we need to cancel the shipment and make arrangments with another company to pickup.

Yes he did speak to me and we had arranged before I left the office that if we got there before the Auction closed that we would get a hotel and pick up first thing in the morning. Well we are there at 8.30 am and we get this cancellation request. He had someone there yesterday and he asked if he could have his guy pick it up and we agreed that I would. We are there and now a cancellation request. Apparently he had his guy pick this up anyway. We did what we said as always. Thanks Dave
