Justin was great to work with from beginning to end. He responds quickly to e-mails and texts, communicates clearly, and plans well for a smooth pick-up / delivery. He had an unavoidable delay while on the road, and he handled it with stride. It's not that problems happen, it's how you deal with them that shows your professionalism. He communicated the delay to me quickly, gave me options, and got everything back on track. His trailer was immaculate, organized, and very well tied down.
