I chose Montway because they had better feedback than any other outfit in the price range. They communicated well, but ultimately they subcontracted the load. Their sub was terrible at communication, minimal notification at pickup and delivery. Sub also did not follow uship policy. Pickup was rescheduled twice, pickup and delivery were both well outside of promised window Response from Montway: Hello John, we apologize for any inconvenience.
