I am very disappointed with maetellimoving because we seem to have a good relationship and communicated constantly. Then he let me down and now I am without all my furniture and stuff living in Florida on a blowout bed waiting for someone else to bid on the job, which I need done this week as I am paying someone to stay in the house for me and I have to vacate it soon. Mr. Maetellli seemed to be a nice person,, I don't know what happened. I am at a lost. He just stopped communicating.

It was a pleasure to provide service for this customer. Pickup and delivery handled without any difficulty. Customer couldn't have been nicer and was easy to deal with. Looking forward to assisting again, anytime.

It was a pleasure working with 5 star moving company. They took great care of all my possessions and picked up and delivered as scheduled.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants to ship items anywhere. They were fantastic.
They communicated with me all along the way so that I was aware of everything that was happening and my stuff arrived safely and in good condition.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did not understand their terms of payment: half before delivery and half at delivery and therefore could not meet it. I am accustomed working with shippers who accept complete payment at delivery.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been calling the provider constantly to reschedule the shipment after he did no show up and all I hear is an answering machine and he does not return my calls. I fly out for Florida tomorrow. Now I have to pay someone to stay in the house with the shipment. I had arranged for the electricity to be disconnected, I now had to change that more cost to me and finally I will have to fly back up to supervise the new move when I get it arranged. I also had to reschedule the cleaners who were

MA'AM WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT COMMENT AT ALL.WE ARRIVED ON TIME AND YOU HAD WAY MORE STUFF THAN YOU RESRVED SPACE FOR.WE TOLD YOU THAT WE WOULD COME BACK WITH RETAL TRAILER THAT SAME DAY AND IT WOULD BE AT YOUR EXPENSE BUT, YOU REFUSED.SORRY THAT YOU DIDNT TELL US EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAD.BETTER LUCK IN THE FUTURE.

Ike was very cooperative and on time with my shipments.
he also brought everything to my door step and inside in spite of the inclemency of the weather. There were many problems he incurred with my shipment, but he was very patient and did his best to accommodate me.
