Erwin& Melissa kept in contact with me over the entire trip to inform me of location and any problems. Boat still arrived on time even after several mechanical mishaps with the trailer.There was an overpayment of 50$ Erwin brought this to my attention & returned the money nice to know there are still poeple that honest out there in this world
