The shipper was very friendly and considerate. When we arrived early and called them they were happy to get their shipment earlier than expected and even helped to unload the vehicle. They also gave excellant directions to their house. We would gladly work with them again.

Pretty sure I underestimated the weight of the shelving unit I purchased off of ebay but that didn't stop Brent from delivering it…ALL BY HIMSELF. Holy cow! My entryway is very constricted but he got this gigantic piece to fit through the limited space. I am floored by the efficiency of this company. They were speedy and kept me abreast of the times of pick-up and delivery. And, it only took one day from notification until the order was in my house. Seriously unbelievable service…in a good way.

Very professional and concise bid. Contact was immediate after acceptance. Actually delivered earlier than expected, in perfect condition. The communication by phone and e-mail was exceptional. Very polite, respectful and personable. I checked with pick-up location and they also gave high marks. Would definitely recommend and use again!!
