The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipper misrepresented the shipment. The truck was listed as running. We bid on the shipment as open transport, multi-vehicle trailer. After accepting our bid, the shipper told us that the truck does not start, and that she knew this from beginning on as she had her own staff already trying to move it. We feel that the shipper intentionally gave wrong information to avoid the cost of towing.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Some miscommunication between the seller and buyer of this vehicle caused me to attempt to reschedule pickup, but I advised the buyer that they may post a new uship auction since I was previously booked for their timeframe. The shipper has since recieved this vehicle and no longer requires shipment.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the truck that the driver has can't tow my car

This truck was listed as running, and our bid for transport on a multi-car trailer was accepted. At no time was there any mentioning that the vehicle actually needed to be moved via tow truck , even though the shipper had her own staff trying to move it and they could not get it started
