I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This was a HAZARDOUS MATERIAL shipment . He showed pictures of brand new batteries but when the truck got there they were used batteries and were poorly packaged for shipment. Drive said this was a hazard and the batteries could leak acid and cause a disaster . I advised customer he need to package them better before shipment he refused. I decline this shipment due to safety reasons for the public.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper assumed these batteries were new, but they are *used* and therefore must shipped as hazmat; shipper cannot perform this kind of transport.

We do not do HAZMAT. The pic that was posted looked like new batteries.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Aside from being a day late without notice, shipper REFUSED to pick up items. Items are EXACTLY as specified in shipment ad. Shipper never contacted me throughout the whole process, not even to notify me that he had refused to accept the item. Shipper now declines further action on this.
