I really want to give them positive feedback. I am waiting for them to contact me regarding an insurance claim for a television that one of the gentlemen dropped. It was the only valuable thing we had. I like them and hope they will do the right thing. I was contacted by uship and expressed that I did not have any complaints regarding my service, except this insurance issue. I am just in a financial position to purchase another one on my own. I can't get in touch with them.
