A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Kim's car broke down and she tried finding a solution but was unable to.

I tried to rent a vehicle but they didn't have a big enough SUV or van available to take 140lb Great Dane.

Kim arrived my dog in s timely manner. She sent pictures and always replied when I had questions. She made sure my Great Dane had plenty of rest stops to use the bathroom. Will be using her again once I leave Virginia.
