A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I responded to customer but he is a lying asshole wont be doing buisiness with him Response from Rob S.: You can’t be serious? I called you multiple times and you didn't return not a single phone call, I emailed you and still have yet to get an email back. You have some nerve! I booked with you and your getting upset?? A simple hello or email would of been more than enough for me. BTW. I have been using uShip since 2012, I called their “800” number and they recommended they give me a refund.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Customer did not understand that we were last to load, due to the vehicle's condition (inoperable). He assumed we had set an appointment, which we did not, and then called staff to express his displeasure. We stated that we would move forward and refund the order for him.
