Andy Thomas completed 3 shipments for me. Two went great. The third went terribly wrong; my items were heavily damaged. Sofa had a broken leg & damage from rubbing against other items. My painting was destroyed, scratched and warped. Andy said he would file an insurance claim and I trusted that, but then he went MIA and I cant get ahold of him through email or text for > 2 months. No claim was filed and I am out >$3,000. He seemed like a stand-up guy but I guess not. Seeking legal advice.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I sent BOL to the auction house authorizing release of my item to Watson Motor. Apparently the auction house needed more information before releasing the item but they did not notify me and they were unresponsive to Watson Motor. Shame.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up to pick up item on agreed upon date and did not email me to say they would not be there. They then rescheduled for the next day and again did not show up and did not email me to let me know. I have since emailed the shipper three times and received no response. I request a full refund of my account credit and the opportunity to provide a review of the company on Uship.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was a pick up from an auction house. Shipper guaranteed pick up before I would be charged storage fees for the item. Shipper did not communicate the cancellation directly to me and I did not receive notification from uship despite having email notifications on my account. I only just learned of the cancellation request w/13 hours remaining to resolve. I need time to determine if I have been charged storage fees that should be refunded to me before accepting cancelation.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have emailed and called this service provider and have not received a response after 7 days. They are past the pick up window to deliver my shipment from North Carolina to California at the agreed deadline (January 1st). The shipper has no voicemail and I have not been able to reach them at the listed phone number. My customer will now not be receiving their shipment on time. I request a full refund including the listing fee.
