A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Lack of communication from provider. Unable to pick up my goods on the day the provider wanted. Processing time was not taken into consideration in order to cross the border.

I am not an exporter, therefor I don't know about the 3 day waiting period. I've dropped off several vehicles in Blaine Wa and customers did the rest. I figured out other options such as dropping of at Blaine Harley dealer so he can pick up at his convenience but he was impossible to deal with.
