This is the carrier problem. The shipment we are currently on has had a change of plans for drop off and destination leaving us unable to make it to Nebraska for the pickup. We would be able to complete this shipment in about 10 days. Customer can not wait that long and we understand. Carrier was the one that initiated the cancellation so that the customer would have a chance to find another carrier in a reasonable amount of time.
