After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After speaking to the customer the customer outright lied about what we requested from him.
We did not request any money upfront just provided our payment policy in an email re payment at pick up and payment at delivery as we are a Canadian carrier and cannot accept uship payments.
I would be wary of dealing with this customer going forward

Actually, I contacted UShip and spoke to customer service stating that I wasn't comfortable with the half at pick up payment and wanted to switch over to UShip payment. She stated I was unable to do that with this shipper. So I asked her to cancel and relist. The agent i spoke to wrote the feedback and relisted the ship request. Sorry if this upset you as it wasn't intentional. Thanks for the prompt communication.

No complaints. Excellent service and communication. He delivered a dinning room set and dishes from Ohio to Florida. Would definitely use his services again!
