The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Lisa asked in the Q&A of her listing if I could do it on 01/22 and I replied I could, SHE NEVER STIPULATED IT HAD TO BE AT 9:30am AND WE NEVER AGREED TO THAT TIME! I emailed her- the way we had been corresponding- very early morning of the 22nd to say I would be there in the afternoon. The next thing I hear she is at the pick up point and blaming me for wasting her 2 hour driving time and wanting to cancel so I agreed. Apparently she is in her own self-aggrandized world.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mike did not show up. He told me he would call me the day before and when he didn’t I was worried so I emailed him to see if all was ok and told him I had to leave by 7:30 for our 9:30 meet. I gave him my cell # again to be safe. I checked my email at 7 and there was none so I left. I realized I was going to be 10 mins late & called him but he had no v-mail. Father and Son was great to work with. They emailed me as soon as I accepted their bid and kept in touch with me. I emailed them the day before the pick-up just to make sure everything was okay and they responded immediately! They were on time for the pick-up even though the guys at the pick-up location made them wait almost an hour searching for a key! The driver went above and beyond what was expected. He was courteous and helpful. My items we secured appropriately and arrived undamaged. A++
