I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I called one day his wife answered the number that is posted on you ship she said that his number was a different 1 she gave me it I called left a voicemail did not hear from him for 3 days I emailed him still have not heard from him

This is actually completely incorrect and honestly a flat lie. You contacted us right before pick-up was suppose to take place to inform us you had a family emergency and could not complete the job anymore which is completely understandable. Not sure if you had confused us with someone else but everything you stated above was defiantly not us and completely inaccurate.

Wow, I am so pleased with my experience with this company. Rose has been amazing to work with and I will definitely be using them again! Our client was very pleased with the driver as well!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Provider was unable to complete shipment due to a family emergency!`Plan to try to work with them in the future though!
