After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I cannot get the specific details of the shipment that I had requested, the customer stated "I don’t have a answer" in response to my questions. Photo of the actual item, exact dimensions and weight of the item to be moved, location in the house, stairs involved, and such. Without this I cannot be appropriately prepared to transport this item, sorry.
