A good economical service, but I would have liked an estimated delivery time. I understand there were problems with the van, but only found that out after I rang to chase up the delivery. Response from channeldel: hi, thank you for the positive feedback, although im sorry you feel a little let down. I had my fanbelt go at 7.10am and was unable to get one until 9am. although the a.a. fitted it in 15mins. it was totally out of my hands. I then done all my deliveries for that day and returned home at 1.30 am. the following morning. by the time we got to you we were very tired and in a rush and very cold, but i can only apologise and hope you enjoy the £10 discount!! once again sorry, all the best Lyn
