A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There has been an issue with the company providing repair and the process might be delayed. They are unable to provide definite date for pick up as of this moment which is something out of our control. We are canceling because of internal factors not because of the carrier. I was advised by USHIP to better cancel this if the shipment will be ready by 2022 and most likely there will be increase in pricing. We will book accordingly by next year.

Cheap price originally then got slapped with a weight increase charge which was completely untrue. Price is no longer cheap. Pallet was only 250 lbs, Central charged us for 500 lbs...

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Indicated he will pick up yesterday, did not respond until we followed up, and he said he will "try" to pick up today. We simply cannot rely that this provider will do what it says.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This is shipment is going to Amazon. Provider could not tell me if they could deliver at our requested delivery time / window that Amazon provides.
