After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I waited about 36 hrs after booking to reach out to Bridget. She was responsive when I reached out to her but always vague. The pick up window was 7/30-today (8/3) and she did not try to schedule a pick up. My receiver really needs this before a certain day and time so I needed the time to quickly book another shipper.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I needed to cancel on Kevin because there was a defect to my furniture and we needed to send it back for fixing. Kevin was a dream to work with! Super communicative and easy to reach. Hopefully we will work with him in the future.

Jeremy was very professional and very accommodating. He delivered three pieces of furniture for us to three different locations. One of the receivers took the time to compliment Jeremy's excellent customer service skills :) I would say he is honest, friendly and reliable.

Jane and I exchanged roughly 30 emails over the course of two days to get our pick up organized and on the day of delivery there was some confusion in reaching the person receiving the furniture, but Kenny delivered the piece and I appreciated Jane's vigilant communicate.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Booked after uShip helped me reach out to CIJ to resubmit a quote. They responded within an hr and resubmitted the quote. I booked on a Thursday (the projected pick up was the following Monday). After booking I emailed CIJ the same day (Thursday) to make contact. I tried calling the day after, Friday.
