Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We were very clear when contracting this that it would take us up to the end of May in order to put a job together to get us in the area of the pickup and drop off location. This person agreed. We have had constant contact with even as recently as 24 hours ago. A cancellation fee of $125 will need to be assessed since we were already in the middle of putting this job together.
