I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was unable to pickup and deliver the puppy in a reasonable time that would suit the customer due to other runs I will b making before I would pick up and deliver the puppy.

Rhonda, made this a very simple trip, with good planing and everybody working together, to make it a nice quick trip for Sarah. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper was asking for money up front and was almost begging for it. Felt very uncomfortable.
