The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The weight was given @ 15000lbs for the stack of trailers. The customer then changed it to 19600lbs. We can not come to an agreement on the shipping. Customer was trying to work with us.No ones fault except the factory for over loading.We would do other shipments for Them weight providing...

Nice peopole. Very understanding when a 3 day trip turned into a 10 day trip because of a blizzard in NM, floods in ND, and closed interstates in both places. Would gladly haul for them again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We left e-mail and phone messages and were not able to get a hold of Don after he agreed to haul our trailer. We e-mailed u-ship and they were not able to reach Don either.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The weight of the shipment was 19,600lbs, not the 15,000lbs that the factory estimated & the hauler was not able to handle that much weight. He was good to deal with, it just did'nt work out this time due to the overall weight of the load being more than anticipated.

Dan was very professional & easy to deal with. He was available by cell phone throughout the trip, which we really appreciated. The price quoted for the transportation was very good & the service provided was excellent. We look forward to working with Dan again when we need trailers moved.
