The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been waiting over a week the service provider has not been able to accommodate my shipment. This is a significant inconvenience for so many reasons. I need to start over with a new provider who can get my car shipped to me.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were 3 days late in delivering my vehicle. When I pressed them about the delay the driver actually threatened to return my car to the original pick up location. I had to threaten to report my car stolen with the local authorities to get it delivered. Additionally, when speaking with their dispatch rep to determine how to resolve the issues, he basically told me there was nothing he could do. Horrible!

Were sorry SIR LOGISTICS the company we brokered the load to delayed the shipment on you and was unprofessional moving forward we’ll never work with them again were happy the vehicle was delivered in good condition without damage at least Once again we will never work with this trucking company again and we appreciate the feedback so we can get a better network of drivers in our database sorry again
