National just farms out the job to whomever (2 Lines Auto Transport in this case), so they are just another Uship really.
My 2009 Corvette with 20,000 easy-driven miles on it was delivered AT MIDNIGHT instead of 3PM, as scheduled. Since it was night AND SINCE IT IS LOW TO THE GROUND, inspecting underneath was impossible immediately. They ended up destroying the underneath side of the aluminum chassis and actually TEARING away spot welds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Won't respond, t

Yes, we dispatch to an alternate carrier if our trucks are not in the area, however, this was a 100% rated company. If the timeframe that the driver was delivering the vehicle did not work for you, you could have told him to deliver the next morning or immediately call us which did not happen. We were not even notified of the damage until 2 weeks after you received the vehicle, in which we immediately sent you their insurance. We assigned a carrier timely (within 2 days) and did as contracted.

I received my motorcycle in perfect condition and exactly when Ray had said. He was extremely professional, and kept me informed. What a nice guy upon meeting him! I would definitely use him again and strongly recommend his service.
