About Me
My name is ronald raggers and i live in the netherlands (europe) I search the internet for aluminium used boats on trailer like alumacraft and lund. Therefore I need someone to ship them to a harbor site from where they will be shipped to Rotterdam.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon arrival boats we're were both larger than description on listings. Each boat was 22 feet long and 9 feet wide. They were described as 7 feet wide and 16 feet long. That makes a huge difference, I'm also dealing with two people on this, one of which is out of country and our time zones vary differently, so calls that have gone unanswered have been during our normal sleep schedules. We attempted to rent or buy a trailer to accommodate this shipment. Customer informed was willing to wait.

There was a very small timeframe to collect and deliver the shipment. Jeff promised he could make it so I booked him. He did an excelent job by taking good care of the shipment and delivery even sooner as needed. There was good communication and he organized everything perfect without having me to ask for it. For me not living in the USA but in Europe it is very important to work with people like Jeff. Thanks Jeff

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper didn't show up. When I started asking questions he suddenly asked me questions about the price. He made a bid on a shipment of two boats. He was free to do it his way. Flatbed or towing. He was going to tow the boats one at a time wich was fine by me. When I contacted him he suddenly asked if the price was for one boat? When I said it was for the whole shipment he suddenly cancelled the shipment. I think he didn't show up in the first place because he realized he made a mistake.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper came to pick up the boats as agreed in the first place. At sight he found out that his trailer was to small. He promised to come back with bigger trailer wich was no problem for me and him he said. He kept me waiting for more than a week now and kept telling he was going to collect the boats. After making appointments for at least three times now he didn't show up again and is also not answering the phone or email. I do not longer have any faith in this shipper.

Thanks to Mainelytransport (Jeff) my boat got delivered in time. A1 shipper for Uship. I life in Europe and have to rely for 100% on the shipper. With Jeff I had no problem with that.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipper send me an email saying he was bidding for a friend but his car suddenly broke down so he could not do the job. Wich I find hard to believe.. I told him several hours before accepting that I was going to accept his bid he had plenty of time to let me know before accepting. Shipper is not allowed to bid for someone else and should take his responsibilitie and do the job. I have email and text messages from him to proof my story.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller of the boat let me down by selling the boat to someone else after we closed a deal.Because of the fact I live in Europe and the boat is located in the USA their is not a lot I can do about it.
