Good communication! Piano picked up a day later than originally planned, but shipper notified Point of Origin in advance and worked with her time constraints. Piano was delivered a day earlier much to my delight. Shipping crew was efficient, polite, and respected the cleanliness of my home (a huge plus). I would recommend J&J as excellent service for the value. As with any shipping, do be prepared to be flexible with scheduling when you can.
