The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Your service provider really screwed this one up big time. They send the pallets to my intermediate company in Texas instead of my warehouse in New Jersey which is on the BOL?? You cost me a lot of money on fucking this up. The material I need here in NJ is still sitting in Texas. I have been calling you office and no one is picking up for the whole week, what kind of operation are you running. Left multiple messages and received no call back. Also requested Landon Whitaker to call me back

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hi, This shipment was scheduled for pickup for Tuesday(5/30/22) and Pitt Ohio showed up late that day, then didn't show altogether for the next 2 days after I spoke to them and they assured me they will be there each and everyday. They finally showed up on Friday (6/3/2022) then refused to take them because they stated they don't like how it's packed! Terrible service provider!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is a terrible carrier. After assuring me the truck will be on time, I flew a guy to Chicago just to load this load then the truck never showed, multiple emails and asked this carrier to call me. NO RESPONSE ALL DAY!! Absolutely the worst.
