The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I contacted uship about this shipment and we did have room as I brought the 16ft trailer along with my 14ft truck for the items she had listed on uship. She added extra items which I told her before accepting I priced her for what she had listed and asked were there any extra items upon arriving she had extra items and also wanted me to do an apartment move with 3 flights of stairs which I declined after talking to her about that after booking she still tried to get over I wasn't comfortable.

First of all the move with the 3 flights of stairs would have been a separate move in which you quoted 2k and I declined. I was not expecting that to be moved yesterday.
Second of all I asked your crew just to move what was posted and leave the rest and when talking to you on phone you said no. We specifically said just leave what was not on the bid so whom is at fault here?
As far as the snow storm I was told you would be 90 minutes late as you were 80 miles away. Tell the truth!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment THEY SHOWED UP 7 HOURS LATE AND THEN REFUSED TO MOVE AND THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A STORE . THEN THE OWNER SAID ON PHONE THERE WAS "BAD BLOOD" EVEN THOUGH WE AGREED TO SHIP EXACTLY WHAT WAS ON MY LIST. THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR THE MOVE ON THEIR VEHICLE. I WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY WAITING FOR THEM WITH 4 DIFFERENT PROMISES OF TIMES. THEY WERE TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 10AM AND 11 AM THEN 1130 AM THEN 2 PM THEN 4 PM THEN ARRIVED AT 515PM
