These people are the worst. Unaware the load had even been picked up on Friday, which meant they provided no advance notification about the delivery on Monday, then today (Tuesday) I didn't answer calls in the morning because my kid was in surgery and by noon they’re telling uship to delete my account because I’m a bad customer that doesn’t pay, how payment should have been made before pickup (even though they had no idea that had happened until after delivery). Response from Flawlessfreight: Carriers beware: this customer doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t answer emails and there is absolutely no communication on his end when it comes to paying the bill. Just a whole bag of excuses. We send a driver in to pick up one of his other loads only to find out he went another truck in the day before to pick it up without telling us. Payment for new customers is due after pickup / prior to delivery never before. He’s got his equipment now and where is the payment as promised?
