The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called the day the tractor was to be picked up and Jake did not even remember that he had talked to me and could not find the order. He then promised to pick up 3 different times...did not...promised to call me several times...did not... I always had to call! Terrible experience. I have a mad customer as a result!
