After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After talking with the customer he has too many demands we first agreed on a tow away then he wanted to put on flatbed trailer he wanted a 1,000.000 million dollar insurance coverage and later wanted it picked up and delivered on a different date than what we agreed on just too many last minutes demands for me to accommodate this shipment

Mike did a great job. He pulled our boat through nasty conditions from MN to TX, didn't even bat an eye. He even offered to spray off the boat before delivery (in 40 degree weather), which is above & beyond. Communication was great. Wouldn't hesitate to use this provider again. Thanks, Mike!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The make/model of the vehicle being used was initially described as a 2009 Dodge dually. After multiple requests for insurance information, Kris provided a policy for a different truck (2017 Dodge), and changed the story to state this was the vehicle being used for the shipment. The insured's name didn't match my shippers name, and the policy expired in January of 2019. Too many red flags - need to cancel and find a new provider.
