I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We called customer several times but she doesn't pickup the phone or return call. The shipment was due not earlier than next week also. We don't see the reason of this cancelation. Response from Diane L.: Truth be told: these shippers cancelled on me 24 hrs prior to a scheduled pickup via an email they sent to me. I DID NOT cancel this shipment. They did. The "several times" was actually a one-time call from them.....we'supposedly worked things out'. I was trying to pin them down to an actual pickup/delivery day/time...then they cancelled me for 'technical issues'...these shippers don't play nice at all....the feedback they left is misleading in that they appear to be blameless.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Unable to make contact with this provider via email or any listed numbers after several attempts. Further review of this providers feedback indicates a pattern of unprofessional customer relations. Hopefully uShip will review this provider to see if they still want to 'vet' them in the future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Through no fault of his, Will had unexpected and lengthy vehicle-related delays that prevented the process of my shipment. I've spoken to him several times over the last few weeks. It's still unknown in regards to his ability to ship. I have decided to seek other options and wish to cancel this arrangement. Thank you.
