We shipped a glass top cocktail table from NYC to our summer home in Ohio. JDX did a great job in picking up the table and delivering it when they promised. We are not at the Ohio location so they had to work with a neighbor to coordinate the delivery. They were willing to do that and everything went very smoothly.
JDX is very professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with our service provider. He kept us informed every step of the way.
I do have a question as to why we had to pay tax on top of the quoted rate. uShip left us an email stating the balance due the service provider, but we had to pay an additional amount for sales tax. I haven't had to do this before - it is new? Response from DAVIDSMOVERS: Pleasant customer. We pay full NY city/state taxes. We apologize for uncle sam.

I was very pleased with this service provider. The shipment was delivered in perfect condition and everything was handled professionally. The provider made it very easy for us by contacting the pick-up party to coordinate time and kept us informed through out the delivery process. I would definitely use this service provider again.

We were very pleased with the professional service of this company. They were very conscientious in making arrangements for pickup and delivery, the handleing of our furniture, and keeping us informed while on the road. We definitely would use this company again. Response from Greyhound: Dealing with these folks was a very positive experience. They were ready for us at pick-up and at delivery. Even though we were slightly delayed due to ice & fog, resulting in a late night delivery, they had someone waiting for us when we arrived. I would absolutely work with them again.
