Ben is an absolute pleasure to deal with and was courteous, efficient and trustworthy. He does exactly what he says he will do and kept us informed every step of the way. Our first uShip experience was negative, as we went with the cheapest option without checking the reviews first. The first guy gave us the run around and wasted 2 weeks of our time, but the service provided to us this time around more than made up for that. Go with a trusted service provider like this one. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Despite reading negative reviews regarding this service provider (poor communication, as well as payment being taken followed by no service and no refund) but decided to give him a shot. Service provider has failed to respond to my missed calls and voicemails, and there has been no effort on his part to reassure me that I will be receiving a professional service. For this reason, I would rather not take this any further at the risk of my time being wasted, and would prefer to use a dependa
