I experienced a mechanical issue and not sure when should it be resolved

Roy is a very hardworking & sincere guy. You can tell just by talking to him. His wife Janelle is also a gem and called as soon as we booked the order. She did a good job of making me feel at ease about trusting someone to move everything I own across the country. Really good people.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He started experiencing mechanical difficulties with his truck. Told me the safest bet was to cancel because he doesn't know when he will have it fixed.
