Excellent experience!! Glen was very professional, kind, and caring. We had some travel hiccups (completely on our end) and he still somehow was able to make our transition from Brooklyn to Florida seamless and smooth. Communicated well and went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Have yet to be able to reach this serviced after 3 days of attempted calls, texts, emails, and help from uShip support. Completely understandable if there’s a delay or something comes up, but I would expect some effort to confirm ability to perform service and schedule after that amount of time. Would not have cancelled had there been some attempt at communicating or letting me know what’s going on.
