The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Shipper requested shipment and accepted my bid. Paid thru Paypal. Then a week later after I planned trip including 4 other customers, this shipper cancelled the transport. I don't give refunds on cancellations. This cancellation has incurred additional time, mileage, and diesel costs for me that would not have taken place had shipper gone thru with transport. I no longer needed the item(s) shipped The cancellation was NOT a week later, but 2 days later after I learned that the horse I was purchasing had an injury and the sale was cancelled due to that fact. I contacted andiamosporthorses on Sunday and paid and learned of the horses injury on the following Tuesday and I cancelled then. I can't help that a horse I was going to purchase was injured. That is a "no fault" situation as far as I can tell, but just an unfortunate thing to happen. I was PROMISED a refund 3 different times. Response from andiamosporthorses: Although it's unfortunate that you chose not to continue your purchase transaction on this horse, you did enter into a contract and requested transport. Transport Logistics are precise in planning due to the needs of many customers. Travel routes are pre-planned considering these needs.Your cancellation incurred mileage/diesel purchased for your horses trip that resulted in a loss of time and money for the transporter.
