Customer moved pick up 53 miles east of original pick up location and was charged for the additional mileage and making my next drop off 2 hours late.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Seller to the buy (customer) would not release item as promised.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Vehicle was not ready for transport via dealership request. Zac maintained patience and professionalism and even waited when asked to leave if he wanted. Will use again if he's in the area.

I was charged an extra $100 for pick up of vehicle from Dallas instead of Arlington. I understand that the location was changed but the company is local to Arlington and $100 was way too much. Driver was very professional and courteous is only reason for 2 stars.
