Unfortunately you listed this machine 13,000lbs and it was 22,000lbs. I told you immediately after your initial booking phone call that I would not be able the honor the rate. We place our quotes from the dimensions and weight that YOU listed in your shipment details. You were still unwilling to pay the appropriate price I told you it would cost until a couple weeks had passed. When you finally approved it the unit was picked up the same day and delivered the next. Why one star for your mistake?
