Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Tried to contact to arrange collection but no response after 4 days

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The person who placed this bid has let me down massively. After sending numerous emails and texts asking to confirm pickup he informed me he had another job on the day I'd specified.
I offered for him to pick up on Friday despite this not being convienient for me however again despite numerous texts/emails he has not responded to any.
If he couldn't do the work all he needed to do was send me a text out of curtesy now I am left with no options. .
Very disappointed as a first time user.
