Michael was a perfect gentleman who safely delivered my cabinet in record time. He provided real peace of mind by communicating his plans clearly, and then executing as promised with no surprises. He was accommodating, punctual, courteous and reliable. He was well presented and his vehicle, clean. He notified me when he picked up my cabinet but was also available when I needed to contact him. I highly recommend Michael and would not hesitate to use his services again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Imperial Transport did not pick up my shipment as per our mutual agreement. Office staff was unresponsive (never returned a phone call) and was unable to make alternate arrangements in the time frame necessary.
