The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This customer is extremely difficult to work with, first of all he is out of the country. Second he misrepresented the shipment, this is a HUGE vehicle with NO BRAKES, on the listing he said the vehile did have brakes when it does not, we know this is a fact because we already sent a truck to load it and it could not load it because of the lack of brakes. Now, we got him a SECOND truck and he is being extremely difficult to work with. We would like to go ahead and cancel this shipment since the

I have posted the need for a transport of a PARTS CAR Bentley S! 1956 from LA to Providence RI on January 28th. Automaxtransport from Miami FL (a broker) offered to move the car immediately after I pay them a deposit of over $200 (get the exact amount!) in addition to USHIP fee of $264. They said the truck was right there and would pick up the car right away. From then on the nightmare started. They never called, never emailed, told all kinds of stories to me and to the person where the car was

there was an extra charge and the customer gave us a hard time there was no help to load this car so we had to get a tow truck to help. this car was an inop and he said there would be help to load

You proposed the 18th but came 1 week later. Driver had to contact pick up person 2 days in advance to have help with loading. Did not call but showed up at place 1 week later. Of course there was no help to load. Funny people and not to organized but got the job done. Threatened to not deliver and junk the car if not given $81.00 extra. Rude behaviour.
